Tracey Kastelic has extensive experience in program management, outreach, network development, and policy implementation for the nonprofit, for profit, and governmental sectors.

Currently an Associate with Currere, Inc, Tracey works with clients in the areas of capacity building, organizational leadership and management, strategy development and process development and implementation.

Prior to joining Currere, Tracey was the Director of The Scott Hamilton CARES (Cancer Alliance for Research, Education and Survivorship) Initiative at the Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Institute where she developed and managed capacity building, strategic planning, and network development for programs and staff.  Before her tenure with the Clinic, she was the Executive Director for the Susan G. Komen for the Cure. There she managed all programs and outreach, developed and promoted strategies for program participation, implemented board policies and strategies to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives, and acted as primary point of contact for the board, donors, grantees, volunteers, and community stakeholders. 

Tracey holds a BA in Literature from Miami University, a Master of Urban Planning, Design, and Development from the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs, and completed coursework in Strategic Workplace Planning and Design from the Melbourne School of Design and the University of Melbourne, Melbourne, Australia in September, 2008. 

Tracey is a member of Entrepreneurs for Sustainability, The Cleveland Colectivo, and the American Planning Association.
