Discounted Hotel Rates & Hotel Policies: Attendees registered for the National Small Business Exporter Summit and/or the NASBITE International 31st Annual Conference may reserve guest rooms at The DeSoto Savannah Hotel at a discounted group rate of $179.00/per night, for single or double occupancy, plus applicable taxes for the nights of April 7 through April 12; there is a rate differential to $229 for Saturday, April 6.

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations, as hotel reservations are not included in the Conference or Summit registrations.

If you are eligible for the government per diem rate, you must complete this form and email it to Diane Schafer (diane.schafer@nasbite.org) at NASBITE Headquarters. You will be required to show proof of eligibility at the time of check-in.

Room Deposits & Guaranteed Reservations Policy: An initial deposit for room reservations is not required. For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at the time of booking, rooms are held until hotel check-out time the day following arrival. For reservations not guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until set cancellation time per the rules of the reservation.

Room Reservation Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be canceled without penalty up until 6:00 PM EST one day prior to arrival date. Cancellation after 6:00 PM EST on the day prior to arrival will be subject to a penalty of one night’s room and tax.

Early Departure Policy: When you check in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. You may be able to change your departure date without a penalty if your rate plan permits and if you do so at time of check-in. After reconfirming your departure date, if you decide to leave earlier, you may be charged an early departure fee. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.
