Robert P. Imbriani (Bob) has been in the international/domestic transportation and logistics field for almost five decades. He has held various senior executive positions with major U.S. customs brokers/freight forwarders. He is currently Executive Vice President, International for Team Worldwide & President of Team Ocean Services, Team International Trade Services, and Team Canada. Mr. Imbriani is a well-known speaker and educator in the areas of trade compliance, contract negotiations, transportation, logistics/supply chain solutions, customs brokerage, trade development, and financial services. He is an adjunct professor in these areas at Baruch College and Pace University in New York. He has conducted classes at the US Merchant Marine Academy and The US Naval Academy. He is considered an expert in all areas of international trade and compliance. Mr. Imbriani is a regular contributor to major trade publications.

Elayne Stanback McClaine, CGBP

Ms. McClaine has an extensive background in marketing global brands both domestically and internationally. She has worked with Fortune 500 firms as well as small businesses in England, Sweden, Canada and various parts of Africa and Latin America. She currently provides workshops and seminars such as Lean Launchpad Business Planning & Strategic Planning; Business Financial Management; Market Research; Strategic Selling; Business Valuation; Global Franchising, International Business Expansion, and Compliance. Ms. McClaine is also a trained business appraiser. As Marketing executive for several Fortune 100 firms, she has created or repositioned over 20 new products and brands.

As an entrepreneur and CEO of ESME Market Specialists, she developed Management Consulting practice with a focus on global marketing management, economic development, business valuation, and strategic planning. The firm has served clients that include L’Oreal, Liquid Keratin, Inc., Moore Unique Skincare, Inc., and the NJ Human Resources Development Institute, Inc. She has extensive experience as a Business Broker the sales/purchase and valuation of small to mid-sized businesses.

Ms. has been awarded two U.S. Patents and has received recognition from the American Academy of Dermatologists for marketing leadership. Ms. McClaine has an MBA-Finance from Regis University and a BA-Economics from Fordham University. She holds the CGBP (Certified Global Business Professional) credential.
