Nicole is interested in all things international. She currently helps U.S. suppliers meet overseas buyers at Kallman Worldwide’s premier industry events. Her focus is on helping states and SMEs connect globally at international trade shows around the world.
During Nicole’s five successful years at World Trade Center Utah she administered grant awards for small businesses to expand internationally with a focus on trade promotion. In 2020, she became a Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) and received the NASBITE International 2022 Advancing International Trade Award. Before returning to Utah to work at World Trade Center Utah, she taught elementary-aged children in Morocco, consulted with a nonprofit in Peru on a water filtration system, attended school in Toulouse, France studying European law and economics, and worked in Costa Rica on community projects with an emphasis on women advancement, sustainable agriculture, eco-tourism, and community development.
Prior to World Trade Center Utah, Nicole worked as a Budget and Policy Analyst under Governor Huntsman and Governor Herbert to help balance the state budget and make policy recommendations. One of her proudest moments is winning the Governor's Office Chili Cook-off. She feels the happiest when learning about other cultures, traveling with her husband or spending time on a tropical island.
