Membership Fees
- Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been processed.
- Exceptions may be considered in cases of billing errors or extenuating circumstances, subject to review by our team.
Event & Program Refunds
- Fees for special events, workshops, or programs may be refundable if canceled within the specified cancellation window outlined in the event details.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the stated deadline.
Automatic Renewals & Cancellations
- If your membership includes automatic renewal, you may cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
- Refunds will not be issued for partial membership periods or unused benefits.
Product Returns & Refunds
- Physical products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 5 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Digital products (e-books, downloads, etc.) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.
